Founder & CEO

Christian Orr is the Founder & CEO of The WEB Connect, LLC (Women Empowering Business), an organization dedicated to equipping women with the resources, tools, and connections to thrive in both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces. With over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Christian has held key roles at several Fortune 500 companies including CVS, Dell Inc., and Walgreens, consistently driving positive impact within each organization.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Christian launched her first business at just 14 years old—an ice parlor she built alongside her grandfather. Today, she continues to embody that entrepreneurial spirit as the owner of three successful ventures: C3 Cookies (Chrissy Cookies Creations), A2Z Bridal, LLC, and The WEB Connect, LLC.

Christian’s passion for empowering women is grounded in both her professional expertise and academic accomplishments. She holds an MBA and has earned the prestigious 340B ACE Certificate, positioning her as a trusted Sr. Consultant for the 340B Program in the healthcare space. Her unique blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurial drive, and educational achievement fuels her mission to help women build strong foundations—spiritually, mentally, and physically—through the power of networking and authentic relationship building.

At her core, Christian believes that empowering women is not only about career advancement, but about creating healthy, balanced spaces where they can succeed and lead with confidence.

The Web Connect Board

The WEB Connect Board is comprised of seasoned advisors with over a decade of experience managing global and corporate events. Beginning in 2023, our strategic global partnership will officially join forces with us, strengthening our mission and expanding our reach. While they prefer to remain anonymous, these dedicated advisors play a vital role in overseeing our yearly events, ensuring they run seamlessly from start to finish. In addition, we are launching a new branch to support a global 501(c)(3) organization, extending a similar vision of empowerment, connection, and professional growth worldwide. The board’s commitment and guidance have been invaluable in helping The WEB Connect continue to create transformative experiences for women in business.
